An exciting opportunity: Female Personal Assistant! We're looking for someone to start immediately in this Remote role. You'll leverage your skills in Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to succeed. The compensation for this role is $15k per Year.

Apt Resources is looking for a Female Personal Assistant for the Company Director in a dynamic hybrid setup that allows for both work-from-home and office engagement. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the Director's day-to-day operations run smoothly, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and enhancing productivity. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and various stakeholders, managing emails and communication.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system for documents and records.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist with project management tasks and track deadlines.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing office supplies and resources.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in managing executive-level tasks is a plus.
  • Must be located in UAE and available for both remote and office work.

The salary is AED 5,000 Per Month
