Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers, introduce our products, and promote services. Utilize effective communication techniques to build rapport and establish trust with callers. Document interactions in our CRM system to track outreach efforts and follow-ups. Learn and understand our product offerings to provide accurate information and compelling arguments. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service. Collaborate with team members to contribute to shared goals and improve strategies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions to represent The House of Mercier effectively. No experience in outbound calling or sales is necessary; training will be provided. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus. Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
