School Year: 2024-2025 Job Description: Are you a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher looking for a flexible remote opportunity? We are seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to join an innovative team for the 2024-2025 school year. As a remote educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs across K-12 grades. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. • Provide virtual instruction and support to students with disabilities, ensuring they receive a high-quality education. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to create and maintain a positive and effective learning environment. • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional methods and materials as needed. • Utilize technology and virtual tools effectively to enhance learning and engagement. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Valid Indiana Special Education Teaching License. • Proven experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning needs. • Strong proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms and technology. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
