Required Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess: • Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for database development and analysis. • Experience with Oracle and other database systems. • A robust understanding of database design best practices and compliance regulations concerning data security. • The ability to create and maintain clear, concise documentation for database procedures and designs. • Experience in managing benefit functions and processing checks. • A sharp eye for identifying and rectifying data discrepancies utilizing appropriate tools. • Familiarity with data monitoring tools for tracking and enhancing data processes. • Proven capability to automate data management tasks to bolster efficiency. • Experience in generating reports and presentations that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders. • Knowledge of company policies and regulations to ensure compliance in data management. • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting and understanding data trends.
