You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure a safe and efficient environment for guests and employees. Your role will involve coordinating maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance operations 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills 5. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards 6. Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively 7. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections 2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs 3. Train and mentor maintenance technicians 4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies 5. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment 6. Oversee budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations 7.
