This seasonal, full-time role is perfect for those looking to gain experience in the customer service sector while working from the comfort of their home. You'll be assisting customers via email and live chat, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and the possibility for overtime during peak seasons. What you will be doing: In this role, you'll engage with customers by responding to their queries through live chat. Training will be provided to familiarize you with the common questions and the appropriate responses to ensure customer satisfaction. Rate: $35 per hour Requirements: A device with internet access capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions. A minimum availability of 20 hours per week. No prior experience is necessary; you'll receive all... the training needed.
