Job Overview We are in search of an enthusiastic and results-oriented Remote Healthcare Recruiter dedicated to connecting skilled healthcare professionals with travel assignments across the nation. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Allied Health and Travel Nursing divisions, placing qualified individuals in various positions that significantly impact healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities • Consultative Selling: Leverage your expertise to cultivate relationships and align healthcare professionals with suitable opportunities. • Candidate Attraction & Retention: Identify and engage top talent while ensuring their ongoing satisfaction throughout their assignments. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term success. • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, effectively meeting the needs of clients and candidates. Goals & Expectations • Year 1 Goal: Successfully place 12 healthcare professionals in assignments. • Year 2 Goal: Expand placements to 20 healthcare professionals on assignment. Required Skills • Consultative Selling Experience: A proven track record in consultative selling with persuasive and charismatic qualities. • Results-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve goals and a high-performance mindset. • Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills are vital for establishing connections with clients and candidates. • Relationship Management: Expertise in building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships is essential.
