PCA Position for Full or Part Time Female!!! SUPER FLEXIBLE! MRCI - Client Directed Services in Mound, Minnesota... $19.00 - $26.00 Per Hour - Positions Starting Now! Perfect for College Students, Women in Medical Fields, or…? Flexible Schedules - 8 up to 40 Hours per Week - You Choose When You Work! (-; To be arranged with the "PCA Choice" client (me) each week. (-; Hours Available: Between 10am and 7pm (Up to 40 hours per week). You Choose When You Work! Our schedules vary day to day and week to week. You can have time off for appointments, etc. We would like to get help any day, but you don’t have to work every day, and each week can be different. Compensation: --- $19.00 - $26.00 per hour – paid by MRCI Client Directed Services (a division of MRCI Work Source.) --- PTO - Personal Time Off accrues each week, cash hours in whenever you would like. --- 401K possible if desired. --- Additional Compensation: A relaxed and easy-going work environment, which includes food treats and me paying for meals when we go out, etc. Requirements: --- Must be a cat friendly female! =^..^= Part of your job would include petting my cat! --- This is a fairly physical job. Part of your responsibilities would include range of motion exercises, taking me out to doctor visits, shopping, to restaurants, etc. (-; --- Must have a positive, friendly & kind disposition. Must be a responsible & reliable female. Qualifications: • --- 18 or older, and a High School Diploma or equivalent (Required.) • --- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation (Required.) • --- Must pass background check (Required.) • --- A female who must be able to lift 50 pounds, to move me with non weight-bearing pivot transfers. (Required.) • --- Job requires candidate to be a physically fit female (Mandatory.) • --- Must be able to work in Mound, Minnesota (Mandatory.) Work Location: * My Single Family Home in Mound. We are near... Spring Park - St. Boni - Long Lake - Navarre - Wayzata - Minnetrista - Orono - Excelsior –Maple Plain - Plymouth - Maple Grove – Minnetonka – and of course Mound too! (-; I need help with transferring & with activities of daily living. I have MS which limits my mobility. An average day includes getting me up, toileting. dressing, range of motion exercises, helping me eat & some assistance with small tasks around the house, then we are free to do other fun stuff!
