Advance through multiple Tier levels with compensation ranging from 40%-50%. An estimated 42K to upwards of $80K annually. All staff will be crossed trained for commissionable membership sales. A bit about your work life: · Work closely with the Fitness Director to develop both personally and professionally. · Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their goals and results. · Create personalized exercise programs for clients that include obtainable progression. · Manage client files, schedules, reminders and document exercise progress in Club Ready software. · Actively participate in weekly team meetings and best practices. · Participate in marketing strategies that will increase personal training services, attraction and retention. · Exhibit a desire for learning, research and continual growth for professional development. A bit about you: Exceptional customer service. 1 ? 3 years? experience preferred. Required, valid, current PT certifications, nationally recognized: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE Bachelor's degree in related field of study, preferred. CPR/AED certified. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
