Are you looking to be part of the fast-growing solar industry from the comfort of your home? We're seeking highly motivated Virtual Solar Setters to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients and set up appointments for our sales team. This is a fully remote position with opportunities for growth and uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities... • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate interest in solar energy solutions. • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for solar consultations. • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to maintain engagement. • Keep detailed records of calls and lead statuses in our CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and lead flow. Requirements: • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or telemarketing role is preferred. • Strong communication skills with a professional and positive phone demeanor. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Access to a computer and reliable high-speed internet. • Self-driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
