Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling travel-related products through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your goal will be to convert customer inquiries into successful sales, providing outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding travel products and services. • Actively promote and sell Tours4funs travel packages, tours, and related services. • Effectively understand customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions. • Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings. • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers. • Stay updated on travel trends, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients. • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experience. Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Spanish; both in writing and speaking, strong communication skills required. • Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and maintain a professional and friendly attitude. • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing sales. • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for travel and creating memorable experiences. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Must be able to type 45 words per minute • Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
