Required Skills • Profound understanding of special education practices. • Expertise in creating and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). • Strong communication abilities for effective family engagement and school collaboration. • Proficient in leveraging digital platforms for customized lesson delivery. • Exceptional organizational skills for accurate tracking and reporting of student progress. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline. • Valid Ohio teaching certification with Intervention Specialist Endorsement. • Professional liability insurance. • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience in telehealth or educational environments.
