The position operates within a high-volume call center that functions 24/7, necessitating flexibility in scheduling and availability. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding guest service to a wide range of guests. , • Answer general questions regarding various topics related to Walt Disney World Resort. , • Support guests with inquiries about Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. , • Handle conflict resolution and make quick decisions as needed. Requirements • Proficiency with a Microsoft Windows environment and comfortable working on dual monitors. , • Ability to handle conflict resolution and make decisions quickly. , • Flexibility and adaptability to the fluctuating needs of the operation. , • Maintain confidentiality with critical information. , • Strong written and verbal communication skills. , • Availability for three weeks of full training.
