Description:  Has the primary responsibility to direct and execute the purchase of assigned categories of spend.  Collaborates with business areas to identify sourcing needs and opportunities.  Manages supplier relationships and agreements.  Conducts continuous improvement initiatives with an emphasis on reducing total cost of ownership.
