Key Responsibilities • Oversee the creation and updating of client accounts. • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client profile information. • Efficiently process online bidder approvals. • Manage client information updates, generate reports, and oversee shipping instructions. • Organize and maintain mailing list data entries. • Process bidder/show cards and validate sales tax information. • Gather and manage responses from client surveys. • Execute additional duties as assigned. Required Skills • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Exceptional multitasking capabilities and a strong attention to detail. • A positive demeanor and a proactive approach to learning. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
