Instructional Designer V (Contingent)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon. Job Summary: Join our dynamic Instructional Design team and unleash your creativity in developing interactive and engaging eLearning and instructor-led experiences. Contribute to enhancing our onboarding program for Amazon new hires and elevating our train-the-trainer program with innovative content creation. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct needs analysis and enhance existing content to align with audience needs and learning goals.
- Utilize Instructional Design best practices to design interactive content with gamification elements.
- Incorporate feedback iteratively to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
- Familiarity with Vyond animation software or similar tools
- Knowledge of Synthesia software
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
