Role Description

This role involves supporting customer-facing activities and managing projects to deliver on-time solutions as a SaaS Build Specialist.

  • Effective provisioning, installation, configuration, solution migration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software within Infios’s Cloud network
  • Utilizes various automation, monitoring, and service management tools & techniques to troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning
  • Involved in architectural decision making, providing recommendations based on knowledge and past experience
  • Ensures that system infrastructure, operating systems, software systems, and security mechanisms adhere to best practices and organizational standards
  • Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation and automation on SaaS migration and upgrades

Qualifications

  • Technical Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience administering Cloud based infrastructure – AWS, Azure, OCI
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, Failover Clustering, and common server OS including Server 2022
  • Background in Microsoft SQL from a DBA and programming perspective
  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Python, PowerShell scripting is a plus
  • SOC, PCI, and other compliance standards knowledge a plus
  • Previous experience working on Infios systems is a plus
  • Experience managing projects in a customer-facing role
