We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our team.

Job Description
  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising NDAs, commercial agreements, internal policies, and a range of other legal documentation;
  • Enhancing legal workflows and operational effectiveness such as process automation, document standardization, and optimization;
  • Participating in onboarding processes and partners due diligence, including the use of dedicated compliance and verification tools;
  • Conducting legal research and regulatory analysis upon request;
  • Providing ongoing legal support for the company’s business operations;
  • Managing communications with external legal counsel, business partners, and service providers in multiple countries.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at an IT company or at a law firm advising IT clients;
  • Solid academic background from a top-tier law school;
  • Strong command of English (written - B2 or higher, including legal drafting; spoken - at least B1 level);
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive mindset, fast learner;
  • Well-organized, diligent.

Nice to have

Experience in contract law;

Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures and involvement in onboarding processes, including the use of relevant compliance tools.
