Independent Sales Consultant (Cardiff)

Remote · USA Full-time New today

Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

Your Mission

  • Proactively sourcing your own leads: Identify and engage potential SME businesses, actively generating your own opportunities without being tied to a specific industry

  • Close Sales: Deliver dynamic product demonstrations to business owners, highlighting the benefits of Teya’s all-in-one payment solution.

  • Deliver results quickly: Take advantage of our streamlined, quick sales process that allows you to onboard clients in as little as 15 minutes and start earning commission faster.

  • Build Client Relationships: Establish strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Nationwide Flexibility: You will have no restrictions for where you can generate business across the entirety of the United Kingdom

What are we looking for in our partners:

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage your time and pipeline effectively.

  • A consultative sales approach, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value.

  • Knowledge of the card payments industry or financial services is a plus, but not essential.

Why Teya?

Industry Leading Commission: Earn up to £550 per deal plus up to a 40% revenue share for every merchant you onboard. We also have the opportunity for you to earn up to £2,500 for every cash advance referral!

The Ultimate Easy Switch: With zero upfront costs, no contracts, reliable terminals, and a 15-minute setup, switching your clients to Teya has never been this seamless. Simplification at its finest!

Your Support Network: Your Secret Weapon: Boost your sales with the support of our sales enablement team, a dedicated support line and our hands-on operations team! Whether you need help navigating tough objections, closing a tricky deal, or simply have a quick question, they've got your back—always just a call away.

An Unbeatable Proposition: Offer your clients the power to transform their business with our all-in-one solution, featuring a wide array of products including our freemium Epos solution.
