French Language Lead linguist needed

We're seeking a linguist with native-level fluency in French and prior experience as a Language Lead or in a similar role to take on the position of Language Lead for one of our major accounts. Lilt is a San Francisco and Berlin-based LSP with a translator-focused business model. The Language Lead responsibilities include:

• Review translations and perform Language Quality Evaluations for customer jobs

• Receive and implement feedback from customer

• Create summary of trending issues and share with linguistic team

• Meet with linguistic team or customer reviewer to discuss

  quality trends and process improvement

• Review tests and the first projects of all newly onboarded

  linguists

• Respond to language-specific queries

• Triage linguist queries to determine if questions require

  customer responses.

• Identify terms that need to be added or modified in the

  glossary.

Requirements:

• Linguists with native speaker fluency only

• Minimum 2 years translation experience

• Linguistic degree (preferred)

• Previous experience in similar roles
