About You:

We’re looking for an AI Applied Engineer - a true AI hacker who can build, connect, and optimize smart systems primarily within our marketing function, while also supporting sales and customer success teams. You’ll be the go-to builder for automating internal workflows, connecting tools, driving operational efficiency, and creating scrappy but powerful solutions using LLMs, web scraping, and no-code/low-code platforms.

You’ll work on a small, high-impact team within the marketing organization, focused on developing and maintaining internal AI-powered systems and automation workflows that help multiple teams operate more effectively. This role will closely collaborate with existing functions like RevOps and Operations, but stays focused on the AI and automation layer.

This is a remote role with the option to work anywhere in India.

You Will:

• Design and architect AI agent systems and automation solutions, combining coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript) with no-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Make.com, Zapier)
• Deploy LLMs to drive AI-powered content, conversation flows, enrichment, and follow-ups
• Create and manage internal AI Agents for marketing, support, and sales workflows
• Use web scraping and 3rd-party data sources to build account-based marketing (ABM) lists and personalize outreach
• Connect our systems: HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops), support tools, internal databases, and marketing platforms
• Automate onboarding, lead routing, internal notifications, reporting, and data workflows
• Collaborate with CS teams to automate ticket routing, response drafting, and client insights
• Create internal documentation and reusable templates to scale impact across teams
• Continually improve reliability and performance of operational flows

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years specifically in AI architecture and AI agent development
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with AI tools, LLMs, or intelligent automations (personal projects count)
• Excellence at prompt engineering — you know how to craft prompts that get high-quality, reliable responses from LLMs across varied use cases
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. N8N, Make.com, Zapier, Gumloop)
• Experience integrating APIs, working with webhooks, and building automations
• Comfort with scraping tools, enrichment APIs, and third-party data platforms for ABM
• A systems mindset: You think in terms of inputs, flows, and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills to partner with business teams and deliver solutions quickly
• Bonus: Experience building or managing AI agents (chat, email, or call flows)
