As we continue to grow across international markets, we’re looking for a CRM Manager for the Mexican market who can take the lead in crafting engaging, personalized campaigns that retain and excite our players.

Your Role

As a CRM Manager, you will own and execute CRM strategy for the Mexico market. You’ll create highly targeted campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and ensure an exceptional player experience throughout the lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Plan, execute, and optimize localized CRM campaigns tailored to the Mexican audience ✅ Create segmentation strategies based on user behavior, preferences, and engagement ✅ Collaborate with content, design, and BI teams to deliver personalized communications ✅ Monitor and report on campaign performance, retention KPIs, and customer behavior ✅ A/B test subject lines, send times, and offers to improve CTR and conversion ✅ Use tools like Optimove, Braze, or similar platforms to automate journeys and monitor success ✅ Maintain awareness of market trends and player expectations in the region ✅ Ensure compliance with local regulations and data protection standards

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in CRM, preferably within iGaming or digital B2C Native Spanish speaker (Mexican market) with fluent English Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Optimove, Salesforce, Braze) Creative and data-driven mindset — ability to ideate and execute Great communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
