Provides clerical and technical support to QA Analysts. Assists with the creation and execution of test cases and scenarios. Provides assistance with research, documentation of testing requirements for projects. Provides assistance preparing/updating status reports and task planning activities; Monitors defect/change tickets and sends to the appropriate QA team member.
