As Head of Marketing, Comms & GTM Ops Recruiting, you'll partner closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Beneficial Deployments, and Sales Operations to attract world-class talent that will help us safely scale AI systems that benefit humanity. In this role, you'll develop sophisticated recruiting strategies that align with our mission while building high-performing teams that can operate at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and responsible deployment. You'll be responsible for creating scalable processes and leading a team of recruiters who understand the unique challenges and opportunities in bringing transformative AI technology to market. This role reports to the Head of Global GTM Recruiting.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team focused on Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Beneficial Deployments, and Sales Operations while fostering a culture of excellence and having fun along the way Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies that scale with Anthropic's rapid growth, including innovative sourcing programs and structured interview processes that assess candidates' ability to thrive in our mission-driven AI environment Partner strategically with senior leaders to understand talent requirements and provide guidance on organizational design, compensation trends, and market insights while guiding (not guarding) decisions through difficult conversations about trade-offs, always building trust and accountability Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout all recruiting processes and decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Compensation, and Recruiting… Apply To This Job
