If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where curiosity, trust, and impact matter, you’ll fit right in As an HR Intern, you will offer support to the Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks related to HR, employee engagement and operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and exposure to diverse aspects of HR. This is a 6-month internship base in our Paris office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors.
  • Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with international teams on HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (French language skills are a plus).
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in HR and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, international setting.
