Business Development Lead - Staking

At xLabs, we provide core infrastructure and contribute to open-source technologies that empower the builders of the Internet of Value. We focus on engineering tools and delivering robust infrastructure to enable the seamless development of decentralized applications. As core contributors to Wormhole, we’re helping build the backbone of the Internet of Value and making contributions to all major blockchains.

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our staking business. As an individual contributor, you'll work directly with our founders to drive strategic market development, identify industry opportunities, and build strong relationships with various chain foundations.

• You have 4+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.

• You bring strong experience or knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem.

• You actively contribute to the growth of the company.

• You are a strong networker, skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key players in the industry.

• You have a solid network of contacts within various chain foundations.

• You have a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.

• You are proficient in advanced English.
