R&D Rendering Engineer (ThorVG)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Rendering Engine Engineer to join our Engine/Graphics team. You'll work alongside dedicated experts and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the development of our rendering engine.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Engine/Graphics team to turn conceptual ideas into innovative technical solutions.

• Stay up to date with the latest Lottie animation format specifications and standards, and contribute to the development of next-generation motion graphics formats.

• Design, develop, and test rendering pipelines, engines, and algorithms to enhance rendering capabilities.

• Ensure high quality and performance across the rendering engine’s design and development lifecycle.

• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of a robust and efficient rendering engine.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Understand the fundamentals of rendering and animation.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in GUI application development or a related area.

• Are proficient in C/C++ programming.

• Have experience with frontend development, JavaScript, or Rust (a plus).

• Have experience with SIMD programming (a plus).

• Have experience with Unreal Engine or Unity development (a plus).

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and write high-quality, maintainable code.

• Communicate well and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
