Review it before applying This is for a moving company based out of Tampa FL, that needs a remote dispatch who will handle the crews in the field, all incoming calls and current customer. There is no cold calling. Everyone you speak with will be calling in or requested a moving quote from us just minutes prior, and we call them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >>>>>>>Job Description: Dispatch/Sales - You will be trained on our moving company software called "SmartMoving". On this platform you will take incoming calls from customers looking for moving service. Some of our lead platforms require outgoing calls minutes after requesting the estimate, to connect with the lead. - Once connected, you will be responsible for quoting the customer using our software and answering any questions they have. 80% of the leads need that little extra push to go ahead and schedule. This is where sales experience will come into play. - The other important part of this role is customer relations management. The system will prompt you to follow up with customers that have requested it. You will answer calls from customers that are being moved that day. You will reach out to completed customers, to check on the performance of the movers and ask for reviews. Current customers may call in to reschedule the moving dates , etc. - You will be in contact with the movers in the field about any questions the have about the moves they are on, as they have limited view of the jobs on their end. - You will be taking payments through the system for customers and making sure the crews in the fields are following the correct procedures as far as closing out the jobs and uploading pics into the software from each job, etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FAQ: This will be for 8:30a to 5pm EASTERN time. This is a small company with only 5-10 employees and 2 owners. We are looking for excellence not half done work. Qualifications: -Experience in customer service -Experience in sales -Min 21 age You will need to work with different personalities, and cater to customer concerns in order to get these moves booked. Pay is weekly, with 1 week in the hole. We will check for a CLEAN record. No mis/felonies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Application Question(s):

- You MUST live in eastern time zone. I do not care if your "comfortable" with eastern but live in central. You will be immediately rejected if you do not LIVE in eastern time zone.
