About the Role: As an Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients renew, expand, and increase their contracts with Zeitview, as well as client communications, platform onboarding, and problem solving. Where applicable, will also work on and manage initiatives to refine and increase efficiency in the CS team’s processes. This position will report to the Director of Account Management, Properties. Responsibilities:

  • Account Management

    • Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all inbound client inquiries.

    • Manage and close ad hoc and renewal opportunities for assigned accounts, aiming to ensure those accounts meet or exceed the annual booking target (as defined annually by sales leadership).

      • Using, providing feedback for, and assisting with improvement of renewal tracking tools

      • Engaging in contraction negotiations, including pricing, commitments, and fees

      • Identifying opportunities to leverage sales team and looping them in as needed (e.g. for expansion opportunities)

    • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling to hand off to the sales team.

      • Prioritizing this effort for accounts with the most strategic value

  • Customer Success

    • Understand clients' business needs and objectives to effectively serve their needs.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    • Executing key account activities such as:

      • Customer check ins

      • Product calls

      • QBRs

      • Facilitate non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken by appropriate parties

    • Communicating customer needs and feedback to other internal teams through the customer listening program

  • Product and Services Deployment

    • Own client onboarding and setup

    • Clearly communicate product updates, enhancements, and new offerings to clients.

      • Ensuring the appropriate parties are brought into upsell conversations with customers when needed

  • Facilitate ongoing customer training when needed

  • Additional Support

    • Providing ad hoc support for sales operations related activities as they come up, including but not limited to reporting, product launches, and sales process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Able to manage sales opportunities with occasional support
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to problem-solve with support.
  • Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks with support.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Works well in cross functional teams.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel, as well as good data management practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a bonus.
  • Able to travel when required.
