Job Role: Forms QA & Accessibility Specialist City/State/Region: Remote within the continental US Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizens Only Security Requirement: DHS Public Trust + Entry on Duty (EOD) Salary Range: $85K – $95K Job Posting Close Date: 7/25/2025
Overview:Executes accessibility testing and quality assurance for form packages. Ensures compliance with screen-reader compatibility, tab ordering, form field logic, and DHS Section 508 standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Test and validate forms against DHS 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA standards
- Remediate tab order, scripting, and screen-reader incompatibilities
- Perform QA on logic flows, required fields, and browser compatibility
- Maintain accessibility documentation, test plans, and ACRs (Accessibility Conformance Reports)
- Support deployment readiness checks and regression testing.
- 5+ years of experience in digital form QA or accessibility remediation
- Hands-on experience using screen reader tools and accessibility validators
- Knowledge of federal 508 compliance expectations and accessibility testing protocols.
