Payments Specialist ( Reconciliation )

As a Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions, matching data between internal accounting systems and bank statements, and identifying and resolving discrepancies. You will also prepare financial reports and participate in automation and optimization of reconciliation processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking
  • Strong understanding of payment transaction processing principles
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Financial education (the profile of Economics, accounting, financial analytics, and business administration is suitable)
