We expect you to

  • Have a proven track record of 3–4 years in successfully managing PPC campaigns, demonstrating your ability to drive measurable results
  • Bring experience in leading a team, with strong leadership skills that inspire collaboration and high performance
  • Be highly proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major social media advertising platforms, with a deep understanding of their features and best practices
  • Use advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms effectively to optimize campaigns and extract meaningful insights
  • Show great attention to detail while maintaining a clear strategic overview across multiple projects
  • Possess an analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable steps that drive continuous improvement
  • Excel in organizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Demonstrate confidence in your decisions and take full ownership of your work
  • Communicate fluently in both English and Lithuanian, verbally and in writing

Salary

Gross salary range is 4500-5500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania : 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
