As Analyst you will support the Singapore Development Services team, involved in development and BLA programs. The successful applicant for this position will be joining Viral Clearance team in Lonza Singapore, primarily based in the Science Park facility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to EHS rules and regulations at all times.

  • Document results in accordance with Lonza policies and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

  • With support from Manager/Study Lead, perform routine downstream operations with a high level of accuracy.

  • Plan and prioritize lab work with input from the manager.

  • Provide general lab support, including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and inventory of supplies.

  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.

  • Actively contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Draft SOPs, risk assessments, and related documents for lab housekeeping, safety, and equipment maintenance.

  • Participate in internal project teams.

  • Assist in training new hires on basic lab protocols and procedures.

  • Uphold data integrity principles in alignment with Lonza policies and proactively seek improvements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

  • Work under the highest scientific standards directed by the line manager and/or Study Director.

  • Share project updates with internal collaborators.

  • Contribute to the efficient running of the department by initiating and delivering operational efficiency projects.

  • Participate in departmental safety and training programs as required.

  • Provide technical supervision of projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field.

  • 0 to 3 years of industrial work experience.

  • The Final role offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.

  • Strong technical writing skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Effective team working skills.
