This is a remote-first, startup-minded environment with long-term pathways toward employee status, leadership roles, and benefits as our ventures grow. --- About the Role As a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you will join a fast-paced ecosystem of 80+ major projects and 200+ micro-initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to work independently, contribute to business growth, and build long-term equity in a system designed for professional elevation. You’ll select tasks based on your skills, interests, and availability—ranging from digital outreach and proposal writing to project support and product testing. Over time, you will be evaluated for team placement across multiple tiers, including partnership tracks, paid employment, and equity opportunities. --- Daily Training & Independent Study All team members are expected to engage in structured daily independent learning and task-based training using our enterprise tools. These sessions: Cover systems like Google Suite with Gemini, ChatGPT Team, SuperGrok AI, Rork, Quantum AI tools, GitHub, and the Google Admin Console (with 45,000+ app integrations) Help you master lead generation, campaign execution, client management, and tech operations Are tracked and back-reviewed—meaning your study time, self-initiated work, and progress will be evaluated after the fact to determine efficiency, readiness, and tier advancement --- Your Responsibilities May Include Selecting and completing tasks related to marketing, outreach, writing, design, and automation Supporting internal systems that connect tennis programs, AI tools, education services, and business development Working with or under co-founders, clients, and team leads across industries Completing onboarding materials, including a 2-pager submission of your availability, skill set, and business interest Participating in strategy and training meetings (after signing an NDA) --- Tier Structure & Advancement We evaluate and place team members into one of five active tiers: 1. Co-Founders & Equity Partners – Leadership roles in project-building and client relationships 2. Executive Support Staff – Core assistants to founders, managing communications and systems 3. Contract Assistants & Coordinators – Handling lead tasks across departments 4. Consultants / On-Hold Review Candidates – Monitored for advancement based on effort and fit 5. Task-Based Freelancers – Flexible contributors eligible for tier movement based on performance Each tier includes responsibilities, communication expectations, and compensation models. Movement between tiers is based on initiative, task completion, and clarity of goals. --- What We're Looking For Typing speed of at least 40 WPM Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive Willingness to train on tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, SuperGrok, SendGrid, Canva, Rork, and GitHub High attention to detail, self-direction, and passion for entrepreneurship or scalable systems Open availability or the ability to clearly define your weekly hours in writing Ability to communicate effectively by phone/text (469-636-6733) and respond promptly during onboarding --- Additional Requirements Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required before joining any team meeting or accessing internal platforms All communications (written and verbal) are used to assess tone, clarity, task fit, and long-term placement Participation in onboarding assignments and independent learning tasks is mandatory --- Growth Opportunities While this role begins as a 1099 independent contractor, top performers may transition into full employee status as we scale—potentially including benefits, long-term pay structures, equity, and leadership roles.
