Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This role sits within McKesson Medical Surgical’ s laboratory sales team and will be focused on building business intelligence tools and resources that drive topline revenue growth in the lab business. Reporting directly to the Director of Lab Business Development, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate cross functionally with sales, business development, and market access functions. This role will leverage McKesson’s internal and third-party data sets to both inform the strategic direction of the lab business and point the lab sales force to the highest value, highest growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Use internal and third-party data sets to identify high value sales targets. 2. Build sales targeting dashboards for the lab sales force. 3. Leverage market data to identify the best market expansion opportunities. 4. Build tools for conducting penetration analysis and monitoring customer churnt. 5. Experiment with statistical and machine learning models focused on driving revenue growth. Minimum Job Qualifications: Required Education/Training –

• Degree or equivalent experience.

Required Business Experience –

• 4+ years of relevant experience.

Required Specialized Knowledge/Skills –

• Proven experience in data analysis, modeling, and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience -

• Familiarity with lab contracts and the clinical laboratory industry is a plus.

• Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.
