As an Airplane Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and upkeep of our all-Boeing fleet, the largest in the world. You will work collaboratively with other Support Specialists and teams in Technical Operations and Ground Operations to guarantee a safe and efficient flight experience for our passengers.

Responsibilities

• Work in a supportive spirit to ensure the success of our Organization, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers
• Perform a range of tasks, including checks, repairs, modifications, and maintenance of aircraft, engines, and related systems
• Meet physical capacity requirements and adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements and Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend technical manuals, diagrams, and related documents
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, regulations, and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete online training modules
• Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and time constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hazardous materials and ability to respond to emergencies as needed
