We're seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Manager to lead our Strategic Accounts team in driving revenue growth, fostering customer success, and championing innovative solutions. As a key player in our organization, you will empower a high-performing team of Mid-Market Strategic Account Managers to deliver exceptional results, while embodying our company's values of customer-centricity, collaboration, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of approximately 10 Strategic Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive sales excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive ecosystem adoption, revenue growth, and customer retention, leveraging Relationship Management and Consultative Selling techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring seamless integration of our products and services to meet customers' evolving needs
  • Drive business growth, productivity, and margin performance, aligning with corporate objectives and Intuit's growth plans
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation, and embracing new ideas to drive faster revenue growth and efficiency
  • Attract, retain, and develop top talent, providing structured development opportunities and emulating the Intuit culture
  • Communicate business performance, progress, challenges, and needs to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
