Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve claim denials or non-payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment
• Initiate and follow up on claims, preparing and submitting necessary documentation to drive resolution
• Maintain meticulous records, adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure seamless claims processing
