We're seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Online High School Math Teacher to join our community of educators at Hudson Global Scholars. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a competitive compensation package starting at $20 per hour.

Hudson Global Scholars is a leading online education services provider, partnering with private schools and families to deliver high-quality educational experiences. Our Catholic Virtual program is now hiring part-time teachers for live online upper-level math courses, requiring daytime availability, Monday through Friday.

Role Overview: As a part-time online math teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging online course content, providing instruction and support, and managing the learning process to meet the individual needs of your students. You'll monitor student progress, provide necessary interventions, and collaborate with our team of educators to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide live and asynchronous instruction to support domestic and international students
• Prepare for live sessions with appropriate technology and materials
• Adhere to communication procedures and grading timelines
• Provide feedback and maintain student documentation
• Implement and uphold virtual classroom rules and order
• Collaborate with Mentor Teachers and Academic Managers
• Follow Hudson Global Scholars' policies and ethical guidelines
• Possibly teach in a Catholic faith-based program, respecting religious beliefs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited US university
• State teaching certification preferred
• Minimum one year of online teaching experience preferred
• Specific qualifications for teaching Catholic religion classes if applicable
• Flexibility for early morning or late evening classes
• Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills

• 4GB PC (Windows 10, 11) or 4GB Mac (OS 10.7.5+)
• Firefox (74+)
• High-speed internet (5Mb+)
• Some courses may require Adobe Flash and Adobe Acrobat Reader
