Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, utilizing the renowned Mathnasium Method
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in our programs
• Teach in-center, online, and/or hybrid classes, adapting to the unique needs of each student
• Assess student progress, collaborate with team members, and deliver personalized instruction to ensure optimal learning outcomes
• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning environment, ensuring a distraction-free space for students to thrive

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong math competency, with proficiency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of organization
• Willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method and our proprietary educational materials
