As an Operations Management Trainee - Coach and Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in driving business results, leading and developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our store leadership team, develop and implement business strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
  • Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
  • Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, including developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related field
  • Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
