We’re at an exciting stage of growth with a strong foundation of customer love and brand market fit. As Social Media & Community Manager, you'll act as a creative linchpin, amplifying Metaview’s presence across social channels, turning customer enthusiasm into a vibrant movement.

Your role will be to

• Own and run Metaview’s social media presence, creating original, clever, and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

• Push boundaries by exploring new platforms and formats, including TikTok and X, to diversify and expand our outreach.

• Collaborate with the team to test, iterate, and optimise messaging and campaigns.

• Help translate customer love into a human, fun, and authentic brand voice that builds community and drives engagement.

• Organise sponsored & owned event logistics end-to-end

• Use data and insights to measure social impact and continuously improve our content and campaign strategy.

• A social native who lives and breathes platforms like TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related creative marketing role.

• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft clever, witty, and authentic content that resonates with our audience.

• A fearless experimenter who embraces rapid iteration, testing new formats, and pushing creative boundaries.

• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content creation while maintaining a unique, human voice.

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
