Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students, reinforcing learning material and skills introduced by teachers
• Supervise students in the classroom, playground, and during lunch periods
• Translate materials and information for parents, students, and staff
• Administer tests and assessments, and maintain accurate records
• Assist teachers with instructional duties and maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits and 1 year of childcare work experience
• Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Highly Qualified status as designated by No Child Left Behind
