Join the Eden Prairie Schools team as an Avid Tutor and make a difference in the lives of students! We're seeking highly motivated and organized college students to work with AVID students in Minnesota. As an Avid Tutor, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a flexible schedule while making a positive impact on students' academic success.

About the Role

• Collaborate with AVID students to support their academic goals
• Utilize specific teaching methodologies and materials to drive student success
• Serve as a role model and advocate for students, while working closely with teachers
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss student progress and plan future tutorials

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university
• Trained in specific teaching methodologies and materials for AVID students
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a supportive manner with secondary students
• Willingness to meet regularly to discuss student progress
• Testing required: TBD
