We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing secure applications and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent fraud, identify threats, and manage digital risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and software development teams to design applications and services with security in mind
• Develop and promote repeatable secure development practices, fostering a culture of security and reliability within our team
• Create secure application frameworks and libraries for enterprise use, guiding product and software development teams in integrating security controls into the software development lifecycle
• Perform product security design, determining security requirements, creating security architectures, and developing policies and training content
• Continuously assess application security practices, implementing improvements that facilitate speed and agility
• Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of our Application Security program

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, secure coding, security testing, and automation
• Proven experience providing secure design guidance for multiple application portfolios
• Strong programming skills, with the ability to write scripts and automate tasks
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express and interpret security and risk management terminology in business terms
