About the Role:

In this remote role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your excellent communication and sales skills to build strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your goal will be to deliver expert customer experiences, drive sales revenue, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Offer additional products and/or services with every interaction to drive sales growth
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services, soliciting, telemarketing, etc.)
  • A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
  • High-speed internet and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
