Job Overview

We're looking for a talented IT professional to join our team, with a strong background in application development, cloud technology, and IT service management. As a Senior IT Analyst, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement large-scale applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and drive project delivery
• Assess current and emerging technologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity
• Provide expertise in cloud technology, including IaaS, PaaS, and containerization (Kubernetes, GCP, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in application development, with a focus on large-scale applications
• Expertise in programming languages, including SQL Server T-SQL, Mongo DB, Typescript, JavaScript, and Node JS
• Experience with cloud technology, including IaaS, PaaS, and containerization (Kubernetes, GCP, etc.)
• Strong understanding of IT service management, including ITIL frameworks
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

• Experience with front-end technologies, including RxJS, Angular
• Knowledge of build and deployment tools, including NPM, Yarn
• Familiarity with storage technologies, including Redis, In-memory
• Experience with application monitoring suites, including Dynatrace/Splunk
