Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of ticketing and reservations for passengers, including baggage tagging and handling.
  • Proactively greet customers, assess their needs, and explain Delta's available options.
  • Enhance the airport experience by providing helpful assistance and promoting efficient airport operations.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal resources to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
  • Perform a variety of tasks as assigned, adapting to changing operational needs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all operations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety and security.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to lift and move baggage up to 70 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Valid work authorization in the United States.
