As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while working remotely in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a part-time, flexible, and 100% remote Virtual Customer Service Assistant to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular client interfacing via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Manage email communications, calendars, and tasks to ensure seamless customer support
  • Develop, execute, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes to drive efficiency and excellence
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with CRM software and other tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working remotely preferred
  • Available to work during business hours (Monday - Friday) with a minimum of 10 hours/week availability
  • Previous experience managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and common online programs/software used by small business owners
  • Mac (preferred) or PC Computer with webcam, fast and reliable internet connection, and smartphone with email capabilities
