Job Summary:

The Senior Case Management Specialist (Operations) will review, investigate, and resolve complex, sensitive, and specialized cases in accordance with state-driven case handling guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims processing, Medicaid plans, and clinical case management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of clinical case management experience (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)
• Experience in a production environment
• Analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex claims
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications and keyboard navigation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• QNXT claims processing experience
• Experiences insight
• Edifecs knowledge
